It usually takes 3-5 business days to prepare your order. If processing time take longer than that, an email will be sent to your registered email box.
We offer postal shipping and the shipping time is 10-20 Business Days. Shipping fees start from $5 and are calculated based on package weight and destination, we offer free Postal Shipping for orders over US $99.
Custom Tax or Duty
Normally customers will not be charged of any additional fees via regular mail. However, for some European countries, you may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. Online Purchase (final sale excluded) are valid for exchange and return within 15 days from the delivered date. Our return center is in China. All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITION
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at email@example.com to request the exchange/return.
Step 2: After receiving your email with exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Step 3: You will receive refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card.
